Warehouse Supervisor required on a possible Temp to perm position, based in Shepshed North West Leicestershire. My client is looking for an experienced Warehouse supervisor who can bring value and expertise to the table.
The company is a family business that has been going for 50 years and is becoming one of the largest and most respected manufacturers of Trade, professional and industrial equipment in both the UK and Worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:
On a daily basis will report to the Warehouse Manager and lead a team of up to 20 colleagues.

Managing workflow by assignment responsibilities

Responsible for training, development and coaching of their team

Ensuring targets are met on a daily basis

Promote a healthy environment

Health and Safety across the site and a safe environment in which to work

Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record of leading teams of 15+

Strong Background of knowledge in warehousing and logistics

Based around Leicestershire
-
2 years + experience in Warehouse team leading or warehouse management
