Transport Administrator – Grantham

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Transport Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced transport office based in Grantham. This is a temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the transport and logistics team with daily administration duties
  • Processing delivery paperwork and transport documentation
  • Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal departments
  • Updating transport systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with route planning and scheduling where required
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally

Requirements:

  • Previous transport administration experience is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
