Job Role
Our client requires a Team Leader to support a Global hygiene company with the day-to-day management of our site
in Warrington Cheshire.
The Team Leader plays an important role in ensuring they deliver high-quality service and experience to your customers
The Team leader will be reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Team Leader supports ensuring
People management and good health and safety practices.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
Job Responsibilities
• To ensure all operational and service delivery requirements for the site are met
• To complete the booking off process where required, debriefs with technicians
• Manage all warehouse stock
• To visit customer sites and complete our field quality assurance process
• To deliver excellent customer service and actions are completed within the agreed SLA.
People Management
• To manage and support people-related activity for the site or area
• Drive high performance through effective check-in meetings, performance
reviews and development planning
• To ensure all Hygiene Technicians are trained to high standards
• To ensure all tasks and processes are completed on the appropriate H&S platform
• To ensure all team members are managing hazardous waste safely
• To ensure all site Health & Safety standards, processes and safe systems of work
are maintained by all team members
• To ensure Hygiene Technicians complete daily vehicle inspections
Ideal Candidate:
• Self-motivation and confidence
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Good organizational skills with a detailed and structured approach to work
• Must have a full clean UK driving license.
