Key Responsibilities
- Handle parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Accurately identify, source, and order vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
- Manage parts requirements across trade, retail, and workshop channels
- Maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge
- Support the wider team in ensuring efficient parts operations
Requirements
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is essential
- Strong technical and product knowledge of vehicle parts
- Confident using dealer management and manufacturer systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
