My client, the leading automatic door supplier in the UK, are looking for a senior quantity surveyor to support their projects team based in South Lanarkshire. This role requires a degree qualified candidate with experience in the shop fitting and construction industries, ideally with knowledge of automatic door tender process.
Your job will involve the following…
- Being responsible for risk management for all installation projects undertaken by the company, and forming tender documentation to support this.
- Forecasting and managing cash flow, projecting commercial performance and maximising commercial benefits for all installation projects.
- Managing and developing supplier and contractor relationships with support from the supply chain team.
- Representing an established and respected brand as a senior quantity surveyor, in order to maximise the profitability and financial success of the installations division.

- Strong experience in the role of senior quantity surveyor with experience in the shop fitting and construction industries, with an emphasis on automatic door tender process.
- Experience of managing contractor and supplier dispute management processes and ensuring effective relationships.
- Degree qualified or chartered status within this field and strong transferrable skills.
- Strong knowledge of Sage 200, MS Office and ability to learn in-house CRM systems with ease.
