Permanent position


£21,000- £23,000 per annum


James Grace Local is currently recruiting for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to work for a company based in Bardon Hill Industrial Estate.

The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract with the company and many benefits such as free car park on site, holiday package, free coffee and clean and friendly environment.

Purchase ledger clerk responsibilities:

  • Creating creditors report
  • Utilities analysis / reports
  • Managing emails with a timely manner
  • Run payments on system and manage other payment methods
  • Enter invoices via purchase ordering system
  • Ensure ledgers are maintained
  • Other office administrative duties

Ideal candidate for the purchase ledger clerk position:

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Highly organised
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office package
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to prioritise work
