My client is recruiting for concrete workers for their depot in Coalville, Leicestershire. Through its quarries, surfacing, ready-mix and precast plants, they supply a wide range of heavy building materials to the construction industry. Candidates must be happy working within a dusty, dirty environment and have a strong work ethic.
Factory Labourer / Concrete Worker / Production Worker
Coalville, Leicestershire
£700+ per week OTE
Long term, permanent opportunity
Overtime available and paid at premium rates
Shifts:
Monday - 14:30pm - 12:30am
Tuesday - 14:30pm - 12:30am
Wednesday - 14:30pm - 12:30am
Thursday - 14:30pm - 12:30am
Friday/Saturday - overtime available. (anything over 40 hours)
Benefits – factory labourer:
· £700+ per week with potential to earn more (plenty of overtime available)
· Weekly production bonus (£60 - £150)
· Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours per week + Sunday double time

Key duties – factory labourer:
· Working on a fast paced production line, manufacturing structural building products
· Machine operating, labour, cleaning finished product and other duties
· Basic visual inspection of completed jobs
· Any other duties as reasonably requested
Ideal candidates – Concrete labourer:
· Previous experience working in: Construction – Production line – Machine operating – Trowelling – General labour – FLT driver
· Numerate, literate and able to understand metric measurements
· Happy to work in a hot, noisy and often dusty environment
· Own transport owing to rural location
