  • Allocate resources effectively, including labour, materials, and machinery, to optimise productivity.
  • Supervise and develop production teams, fostering a positive, efficient work environment.
  • Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, applying lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules, ensure equipment reliability, and address machinery breakdowns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate production records and provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and planning to support efficient factory operations.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of production workflows, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain basics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Educational background in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in small to medium-sized manufacturing facilities is desirable.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar efficiency frameworks is advantageous.
