We are recruiting for an office sales manager to join our team, supporting the growth of the company throughout the heating and renewables industry. This role will require someone with knowledge of gas appliances, heating systems and renewables. Candidates must be able to provide motivation within a sales office environment.

The role – Office Sales Manager:
- Motivate a sales team of 10 on a daily basis creating a high performing and rewarding environment
- Booking in installations for mainly new boilers, ECO Boilers but also renewable technology, home insulation and air source heat pumps
- Training and developing sales team, one to one and team sessions
- Implementing and structuring KPIs
- Updating a CRM
- Working in a strong sales environment
- Telesales / Telemarketing / B2B sales
- Minimal to non, lead generation
Ideal Candidate – Office Sales Manager:
- Worked in a similar role before with proven ability
- Must be able to create an enthusiastic and uplifting sales environment
- Able to manage a team effectively and work to KPI’s
- Knowledge of gas / heating appliances is a must
- knowledge of government grant schemes
- Able to work to and meet targets
- Rejection handling / Not shy of cold calling
- Telesales / Telemarketing / B2B sales experience
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills in all manors
