Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Key Account Administrator to join a fast growing company in Grantham. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of of processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall efficiency of all functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records
- Take payments over the phone
- Answering customer calls
- General office administration duties
- Support team
- Build relationships with customers
- Provide quotations
Ideal candidate:
- Experience using CRM
- Previous experience from similar / furniture industry
- Proficient using Microsoft package
- Customer service experience
- Administration experience
- Organised
- high attention to details
- ability to negotiate

Salary £28.000 per annum increasing after 6 months
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
1 hour unpaid lunch break
37,5 hours weekly
