With a dedicated team of between 66 and 250 employees, our client values precision, craftsmanship, and reliability. This Temp to Perm opportunity offers an engaging environment where your joinery expertise will contribute directly to the production of high-quality POS solutions. Offering a competitive rate of up to £15.50 per hour, this role is ideal for someone seeking stability and growth within a dynamic sector.
Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair structures and furnishings as per project specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times on site.
- Ensure quality of work meets company and industry standards.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used appropriately.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Joiner, ideally within manufacturing or
- Skilled in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to safety practices.
- Own tools and transport are advantageous but not essential.
