- Operate and monitor machinery efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and output quality.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any machinery faults or issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures related to machinery operation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Pulling Garments off the machine and Kimberling the product into the Boxes
