Job Summary
James Grace Local are looking for a skilled and driven E-Commerce Manager to lead online sales operations while enhancing logistics and warehouse processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, in-depth knowledge of warehouse systems, and a thorough understanding of logistics and distribution practices. This position provides an excellent opportunity to support business growth by improving processes and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce activities, ensuring efficient order processing and fulfilment.
• Manage goods handling, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Identify and implement improvements to boost warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and support warehouse personnel, including training and enforcing safety standards.
• Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure prompt deliveries and returns handling.
• Operate and maintain warehouse management systems
• Supervise the safe use of forklifts and other mechanical equipment for stock handling.
• Track logistics KPIs and recommend improvements to shipping and receiving processes.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Keep precise records of stock levels, shipments, and internal documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience with Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce)
• Experience with Amazon SellerCentral
• Digital Marketing experience
• Good communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
• Background in working with 3PL providers and managing inbound/outbound logistics.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail in inventory and record-keeping

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
• Starting salary £28,000 per annum
