Due to an increased workload and recent growth in perm headcount, we are now looking to add to our Dialler Team with the addition of a Dialler Analyst. You will be responsible for the analysis of large datasets including reconciliation, deduplication and auditing of data.

You will be based from our state-of-the-art offices in the heart of Nottingham City Centre but will also be responsible for looking after 3 other locations remotely. You will work closely with our Dialler team and on occasion will be asked to work closely with the Real Time Data Analyst team to gain further insight into their role and develop your knowledge further.

Other duties within this role will include;

  • Analysing datasets to produce insightful data and recommend changes to the current dialler system
  • Working with the team to implement projects to improve performance and efficiencies
  • Utilise SQL skills to create and develop live data feeds (SSMS and SSRS)
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and contribute to meetings when required
  • Work closely with the Dialler Development Analyst with any custom development and then support the change and implementation process

We are looking for someone to start working with us as soon as possible. The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following;

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess some or all of the following;

  • Previous experience gained in a Dialler role
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills are essential for this role. This includes a knowledge of SSMS and SSRS
  • Knowledge of Elsbeth or Aspect diallers would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workloads and adapt to frequent changes
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
  • Happy to work as part of a large Dialler Team
