James Grace Associates is currently recruiting for an experienced Print Account Manager / customer service representative to join well-established team in the Coalville area. This is a fantastic role that offers additional perks ideal for someone with relevant experience who is wanting to develop their career as a Printing Account manager / customer service representative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for account managing new and existing clients.
Your Job as a Print Account Manager will involve….
· Building strong customer relationships with new and existing clients – no sales involved
· Taking orders via both telephone and email
· Create product specification
· Inputting data onto Label Traxx System
· Providing estimates
· Raising job tickets
· Communicating with production and customers
· Raising purchase orders with outside suppliers
· Stock management on client products where required
As a Printing Account Manager, you will have…
· Knowledge of Flexographic or Lithographic printers
· Background in labels or packaging industry
· Experience in Microsoft Package
· Experience of a Printing Account Manager / customer service executive
· Technical knowledge of the industry
· Ability to handle complaints effectively
Skills required:
· Problem solving

· Good customer service
Technical skills required:
· Microsoft office experience required
· Label traxx (preferred)
· Knowledge on label production and label printing processes
Experience – 3-5 years within Customer service role in a print / label / packaging industry
