Concrete Worker - Warwickshire

We are currently on the hunt for concrete workers or machine operators who have previously worked within a concrete based environment or heavy engineering. Within thsi role you will be working within a fast paced production line where you will be manufacturing precast concrete fencing products for the construction industry. You will be rewarded with a great base rate, a role which has a route to permanent employment and a great team to work within! This role is available for an immediate start too and plenty of progression! 

Working hours:

Start anytime in between 4am to 9am on a 10 hour shift with paid breaks included. 

Overtime is paid at PREMIUM rates x1.5 over 40 hours

Concrete Worker responsibilities: 

• Must be able to work within a team
• Enable finishing is to the standards required by the clients
• Operate the Cootes machine to fabricate concrete shapes 
• Hit deadlines and targets within a team. 
• Must be able to work on fast paced production line 
• Clean and quality check products

We are desperate to speak to candidates who have previously worked on foundries, concrete sites, brick making sites, heavy plant sites and have knowledge of concrete precast products. We are also happy to speak to candidates who have worked within dusty, noisy and dark environments before.
