🏭 Factory Labourer / Concrete Worker – Coalville

💰 Pay

• Up to £15.60 per hour

• Shift allowance

• Weekly bonus

• Overtime:

  • Time and a half after 40 hours

  • Double pay on Sundays

⏰ Shifts (Fixed)

You choose one:

Morning shift

• 4:45 AM – 2:45 PM

Afternoon shift

• 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM

⚠️ Own transport required because the location is rural and shifts are early/late.

🛠 Main Duties

• Working on a fast-paced production line

• Machine operating

• General labouring

• Cleaning finished concrete building products

• Visual inspection of products

• Helping with other factory tasks when needed

👷 Ideal Candidate

They prefer someone with experience in:

• Construction

• Production line work

• Machine operating

• Trowelling

• General labouring

• FLT driver (forklift) experience is a bonus

You should also:

• Understand metric measurements

• Be comfortable working in a hot, dusty, and noisy environment
