Commercial Gas Engineer
- £38,000 - £42,000 basic – OTE £45-50K
- Van, tools and fuel card provided
- Door to door pay
- Gas and plumbing, maintenance and repair, planned and reactive.
- Fault finding and diagnostics.
- General building services.
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Working on student accommodation, plant rooms, industrial units etc.
- Standby 1 in 6 weeks - Paid for a minimum of 4 hours if call out
As a commercial gas engineer you will require the following experience:
- Commercial gas qualifications - Gas Safe
- COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, UVHW.
- Plumbing experience/quals
- Time service engineer with comfortable ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
- Familiar with working on student accommodation, plant rooms, industrial units, logistics projects. – occupied premises
- Team player and willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Customer focused.
