We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join an established business in Coalville. The successful supervisor will be supporting multiple sites within a 30-minute drive of Coalville.
Hours:
- 30 hours per week
- Working between 6:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Overtime paid for any hours worked over 30 per week
Pay:
- £14 per hour (negotiable) depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing cleaning standards across sites
- Inducting new staff
- Interviewing and recruitment support
- Training cleaning operatives
- Supervising teams and covering sites when required
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience (ideally within cleaning or facilities management)
- Full UK Driving Licence (company van provided as part of the role)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly within the stated hours
