Business Development Executive

Exciting opportunity for a Business Sales Developer based in Loughborough, generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, this company has a proud history stretching more than 100 years within the international luxury interior furnishings industry.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads and expand the client base - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential target markets - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions for clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's products or services - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs

Experience: -

Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the luxury interior furnishings industry - Strong track record of success in sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Self-motivated with results-driven approach - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:

  • £42,000.00 per annum

  • 5% yearly bonus

  • Company car or car allowance
