Bendi Driver
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bendi Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in the Coalville area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to secure a permanent position with a well-established company following a successful temporary period.
The Role
As a Bendi Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring goods are stored and retrieved accurately while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock within the warehouse.
- Putting stock away and replenishing pick locations.
- Assisting with goods-in and goods-out operations.
- Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting any defects.
- Ensuring warehouse housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
Working Hours
Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday:
- Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm
- Week 2: 9:00am – 6:00pm
No weekend working required.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid and accredited Bendi/Flexi Truck Licence.
- Previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck within a warehouse environment.
- A strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
