Mike Stinson

I started out in recruitment back in 2006 following a couple of years working within the exhibition and events industry. I was set on finding a career that was fast paced and challenging but equally rewarding. Fast forward to the present day and I am still learning and enjoying every single day within the recruitment industry. 

My early years spent in recruitment gave me an excellent grounding with some of the best training I have ever experienced. After 2 1/2 years with a national agency, I decided I wanted a new challenge and experience a role with no geographical limitations. I joined Regional Recruitment Services in 2009 with the challenge of starting up their white collar commercial division. Over the years with RRS, I have been privileged to work with some excellent clients and colleagues, many who have turned into personal friends. I have also had the opportunity to develop my career and grow into a Senior Consultant, followed by a Team Leader, Manager and in 2014 a Director of the business. 

In 2018 I decided to take a leap of faith and establish my own recruitment business. James Grace Associates was formed to showcase all of the positives I had learned from my previous 12 years experience and offer clients a bespoke solution that is tailored to suit the needs of their business. 

As the MD of James Grace Associates, I am proud of the business that has been built and the strong team that I have around me. We are passionate about the service that our customers receive and our personable approach is seemingly welcomed by all of our clients both new and old.
