Working in the heart of Birmingham in state of the art, modern offices, this is an opportunity to join our friendly team and be an integral part to our ongoing growth. This is not a call centre environment and we are looking for people who are able to offer a more consultative sale. There is no automated dialling in place so self-motivation is the key to being successful. As this role is working on a B2B basic, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:00pm (no weekends or evenings)
Duties within this role will include;
·Identifying opportunities and generating revenue through outbound sales activity
·Manage and develop your own portfolio of customer accounts, identifying opportunities and ultimately converting these into sales
·Working collaboratively across the business to maximise productivity
·Liaising with customers over the telephone but also using your written communication skills
·Accurately recording all communications on to the in-house CRM system
·Contribute to a positive working environment and representing the business in a positive way at all times
Due to the nature of this role, we would welcome applications from people with previous sales experience but also people who have a genuine desire to start a lucrative sales career.
