Job Description

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy Estate Agents team in Leicester. This is a full time permanent position offering £14,000 - £18,000 basic DOE Plus Bonus and progression

Your Sales Admin duties will include:

Taking inbound calls
Liaising with Solicitors and mortgage brokers
Booking appointments
Chasing paperwork from various sources
Booking viewings in the diary
General Administration
Ad hoc duties as and when required
You will:

Have an excellent telephone manner
Have previous Sales Admin experience
Have excellent attention to detail
Be confident to ask for information to meet your deadlines
Be a team player
Have your own transport (Travel between offices required)
The ideal person would be an outgoing, hardworking and reliable individual who has their own Car/Transport. You will be required to cover in another office based in Leicester from time to time.
