Do you love recruitment and want to work for an agency that values the candidate journey? We are looking to add an additional resourcer to our team, supporting our Contact Centre and Professional Service divisions. This role will involve large volumes of telephone calls to candidates throughout the UK for a variety of volume requirements. 

Your Recruitment Resourcing duties will include: 

  • Writing job adverts
  • Screening CV’s and suitable candidates
  • Registering candidates
  • Managing client relationships
  • Meeting and greeting candidates
  • Account Management
  • Attend client meetings
  • Run assessment days
  • Meet candidates off site
  • Understanding client and candidate needs
  • Maintain the CRM database
  • Lead generation for the sales team
  • Payroll administration

The hours in this role will be 08:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday although some flexibility may be required during peak periods
