Job Description

Part Time Customer Service Advisors wanted for an expanding business in Tamworth. These are Part Time roles working 25 hours a week, on a Temp to Perm basis. Offering £8.49 phr

Your Part Time Customer Care / Customer Service duties will include:

  • Taking inbound Customer calls 
  • Helping with general enquiries 
  • Maintaining the internal database 
  • Dealing with high volume customer calls 
  • Taking ownership of the customer call, following it through to the end 

You will:

  • Ideally have Call Centre / Contact Centre experience 
  • Be PC literate 
  • Possess an excellent telephone manner 
  • Have good attention to detail 

Working hours: 25 hours- 5 out of 7 days, hours will be between 10-5pm working every 2nd Saturday. Shifts can alter each day with 4 weeks’ notice of schedule

This role is to start on Monday 4th March 2019
