My client is recruiting for an office manager to join their depot based in Coalville. They are one of the UK largest manufacturer of precast concrete building products, with a number of depots across the UK and Ireland.
- To manage a team of approximately 18 staff, delegating workload and managing output.
- Scheduling annual leave, sickness cover and conducting disciplinaries.
- Conducting team meetings on a daily basis.
- Reviewing and working to KPIs
- Ensure compliance with code of conduct.
- Mentoring / development off staff.
- Responding to queries and complaints.
- 3+ years experience within a senior managerial role
- Able to demonstrate the practice of working to KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes – especially Excel and Outlook
- Able to train and manage staff
- Able to organise workloads
