The role:
·Processing orders ensuring they are correct and on time
·Liaise with logistic partners for quotations and organise collections
·Respond to enquires
·Work along-side other departments
·Utilise administrative skills including, answering telephone calls and preparing documents
·Provide support to the team and help with holiday cover
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:
·English and Maths GCSE C and above
·Experience in working in a busy office environment in a similar role
·Attention to detail
·Excellent written communication and organisational skills
·Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Adobe
·Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
