Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

Experienced Customer Service Administrator wanted for a busy client in Daventry. This is an ongoing Temporary Full Time position offering £11.00 phr.

Working hours are 6.45 am - 3.15 pm

Your Customer Service Administration duties will include:

  • Collate statistical information
  • Weekly reporting – reasonable Excel require – pivots can be taught however
  • Presenting information in a form that is easily interpreted and aids communication. (Photo audits)
  • Maintaining of information in Database
  • Responding and anticipating customer requirements and needs
  • Highlighting of potential improvements and customer requirements
  • Managing Returns
  • Movement of parts
  • Documentation and keeping up to date all working processes (WI)
  • Experience in an SLA driven environment

You will:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have previous administration experience
  • Be organised
  • Be able to commit to the working hours 6.45 am - 3.15 pm

You will ideally have previous Customer Service experience, coupled with strong Administration skills, and be able to investigate and take ownership of queries.
