Job Description

James Grace Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to work for one of our clients on a temporary assignment. Our well known client is the leading foodservice supplier in the UK.

  • Hours of work per week- 19.5
  • Days of work - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning
  • Rate of pay - £9.50 p/h
  • Immediate start for the right candidate
  • Location - Harlow


This role will require a range of admin duties to assist the department dealing with predominately parking fines. You will need to have previous experience in administration and will be organised and proficient in work and excel. The role will also require an element of customer service where you will be speaking to drivers on the telephone and chasing the depots. Some of the duties are as below:

  • Updating the system and all the relevant case notes to ensure all updates are logged in an accurate manner. This includes data entry into the system so attention to detail is paramount
  • Running various reports in excel
  • Speaking to the depot in relation to disputed fines
  • Speaking to delivery drivers regarding deliveries and any disputed deliveries. Checking the delivery notes.
