Job Description

We are recruiting for one of Barnsley's most prestigious employers who have shown a year on year growth for the past 5 years. We have two roles available and both are offered on a permanent basis. Immediate start are available for the right candidate once screening checks are complete. Please be advised that these positions are working within the financial services sector and will require you to pass a DBS check, a basic credit check and also be able to provide complete references covering the past 3 years. 

Duties in this role will include;
  • Working within a fast paced environment, answering inbound telephone queries from customers
  • Dealing with complex queries, you will need to liaise with other departments to ensure cases are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Organising your workload to ensure that cases are resolved by level of priority
  • Making outbound calls to external members of the team to get updates on activity and update details on the in house CRM system
