As an Account Manager, you will be expected to…

  • Continue to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maximise sales by identifying opportunities to cross sell
  • Deal with queries from customers in accordance with the Agents Claims Guide
  • Ensure you have a full understanding and knowledge of the company products

The ideal Account Manager will have:

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great customer service skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills and gain a new qualification
  • Able to prioritise workload while working in a busy environment
  • PC Literate –including Microsoft Office
