Your job will involve the following...
- Building a network of available candidates in wind, solar, and EV Charging.
- Developing business through effective and targeted sales strategies.
- Providing a first class service to candidates and clients alike.
- Helping technical professionals find their next dream opportunity.
- Writing adverts, CV formatting, managing the CRM, and other admin tasks.
- Learning and developing with best-in-class external and internal training providers.
The ideal candidate will have...
- Some experience working as a recruitment consult or similar target-based industry.
- An appreciation of sales process and how to navigate through this.
- Competitive self-starter with an outgoing personality.
- Desire to succeed in a highly rewarding industry, supporting companies with their Net-Zero initiatives.
- Degree qualified would be a bonus, but not necessary for successful applications.
