James Grace Local is currently recruiting for an experienced team coordinator to work for one of our prestigious clients based in Bardon Industrial Estate (Coalville).
This team coordinator role is a temporary role guaranteed till the end of 2021 however with the review of permanent opportunity (depending on the business needs)
Candidate must be flexible to work weekends in peak times to lead the team and reach company goals.
The experienced team coordinator will be responsible for leading the team to ensure the company goals are met. Motivate the team members and asses’ performances. Liaise with recruitment agencies to book temporary staff.
Team coordinators duties:
- Arrange production meetings with staff
- Provide quality customer service
- Handling complains
- Generates reports about team’s performance
- Support team manager
- Meeting team goals
- Delegating tasks
Ideal candidate for team coordinator role:
- Previous experience as team leader / team coordinator
- Process experience
- Customer service skills
- PC Literate
- Self motivated
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Leadership

Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday (weekends included in peak times)
- AM shift 6am-2pm
- 40 + hours per week
- Overtime paid at premium
- Hourly rate £9.72 per hour
