SERVICE MANAGER
Pay £30,000 TO £35,000 per annum
Job Role
Our client requires a Service Manager supporting a Global hygiene company with the day-to-day management of our site
in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The Service Manager is important in ensuring they deliver high-quality service and experience to your customers and
good people management and good health and safety practices must be highly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
• To ensure all operational and service delivery requirements for the site are met
• To complete the booking off process where required, debriefs with technicians
• Manage all warehouse stock
• To visit customer sites and complete our field quality assurance process
• To deliver excellent customer service and actions are completed within the agreed SLA.
People Management
• To manage and support people-related activity for the site or area
• Drive high performance through effective check-in meetings, performance
reviews and development planning
• To ensure all Hygiene Technicians are trained to high standards
• To ensure all tasks and processes are completed on the appropriate H&S platform
• To ensure all team members are managing hazardous waste safely
• To ensure all site Health & Safety standards, processes and safe systems of work
are maintained by all team members
• To ensure Hygiene Technicians complete daily vehicle inspections
Skills Required
• Self-motivation and confidence
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Good organizational skills with a detailed and structured approach to work
• Must have a full clean UK driving license.
