We are currently recruiting for a service control planner to join a fast paced industrial service department based in Coalville. You will be working with one of Europe's largest industrial door companies helping schedule day to day trips and visits for service engineers to allow them to have an up to date and efficient schedule. You will join a forward thinking team full of energy and bright ideas!
Service control planner responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the current service controller / planning team to plan the daily workload of the service engineers, engineers mates, trade partners and sub contractors.
- Organisation of plant and materials to coincide with the engineers attendance to site.
- Creation and set up of new maintenance plans including renewing agreements wherever necessary
- Paperwork administration including repair, processing invoices and maintenance orders and quotations.
- Efficient planning and routing of reactive work while conforming to existing contractual SLA's.
We are desperate to speak to candidates who have previously worked in fast paced environments and if you have experience of scheduling / planning / controlling / logistics as these skills will be directly transferable to this role.

- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be able to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure
- Experience in scheduling or organising field based engineers / operations
- Be able to work efficiently within a team.
