Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and also possess sales experience to the sales team.

- Data Management: Input orders into our software, maintain documents, and generate sales reports.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes and update CRM systems.
- Customer Interaction: Manage inquiries, answer product questions, and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
- Administrative Tasks: Greet visitors and handle incoming correspondence.
- Office Efficiency: Identify process improvements and help organise company events.
Experience:
- Previous office administration and sales support experience.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
