Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and also possess sales experience to the sales team.

Assist with customer interactions and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Input orders into our software, maintain documents, and generate sales reports.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes and update CRM systems.
  • Customer Interaction: Manage inquiries, answer product questions, and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Greet visitors and handle incoming correspondence.
  • Office Efficiency: Identify process improvements and help organise company events.

Experience:

  • Previous office administration and sales support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Attention to detail

Hours:

  • 40 hours a week (Mon-Fr)

Salary:

  • £25,000.00 per year 
  • Monthly Paid
