We are now looking for a number of Customer Service and Retentions advisors to support their ongoing growth plans for 2021. We are looking for individuals with strong Customer Service skills who want to develop their career and rise up the career ladder.
This is a work from home position but the initial training period will be conducted at the onsite training facilities in Leicester for a period of 4 weeks. Training will be Monday to Friday, 0900am - 1730pm. Following the training period, you will initially work from the office with full support whilst taking your first calls. Once you are confident, the position will be based remotely from home
Duties within this role will include;
- Answering inbound queries from existing customers and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
- Acting as a company ambassador, providing a first class service at all times
- Speaking with customers who are looking to leave and advising them of their options and upselling the companies services to try and retain the business
- Making adjustments to customer policies and taking payment information
We are ideally looking for people who are great communicators with a natural flair for Customer Service. Candidates with previous experience in Customer Service both over the telephone and face to face have flourished and gone on to work in senior roles throughout the business.

The starting salary for this role is £18,525 - £20,484 DOE plus inclusion to the company bonus scheme adding up to an additional 5% of your salary.
