James Grace Local is currently recruiting for production workers for a pre cast concrete company based in Coalville.
Our client has a number of production roles in Coalville to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Production workers will be required to:
- Operate machinery (full training provided)
- Using hand tools
- Assembly products
- Quality checking
Ideal candidate for this role:
- Must have own transport due to hours and location of the business
- Previous experience required working in similar industry or construction
- Happy to work as a part of a team
Hours:
- AM shift – 4.45am – 2.45pm (10 hour shift) Monday to Friday (Friday paid as overtime over 40 hour week)
- PM shift – 2.30pm -00.30am (10hour shift) Monday to Friday (Friday paid as overtime over 40 hour week)
- Overtime available on Saturdays and Sundays
- Overtime paid at premium x1.5 and x2
Pay:
- AM shift - £10 per hour, £15 per hour overtime, £20 per hour overtime on Sundays + production bonus
- PM shift - £12 per hour, £15 per hour overtime, £20 per hour overtime on Sundays + production bonus
