Payroll Administrator


Pay up to £30k per annum


James Grace Local is currently recruiting for an experienced payroll administrator to work for one of our prestigious clients based in Enderby.

This role is a temporary position for 3 months initially however the contract will be reviewed.


Accounts assistant responsibility:

· General administration such as filing, answering telephone calls, taking messages and responding to emails)

· Checking supplier statements

· Processing customer invoices and credit notes

· Processing supplier invoices and debit notes

· Preparing and sending customer statements

· Holiday cover within the finance department


Accounts assistant skills required:

· Previous experience using SAGE

· 2 years of experience in a similar role

· Organised

· Good time management

· Ability to multitask

· Good standard of using the Microsoft package

Pay and working hours:

· Salary up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
