We are currently recruiting for a parts sales administrator to take on a technical position within one of Europe's largest industrial door companies! You will be joining a fast paced, upbeat and driven environment within the industrial service department. You will be joining a company that rewards success and loves to keep their employees motivated! 


Parts sales administrator responsibilities:

  • You will be working alongside the current parts sales administrator to help the handling of inbound requests for parts prices including identification of sub-components, accessories and industrial parts. 
  • Managing of the complete supply chain of orders from factory to customer within the most effective and efficient timing. 
  • Order processing an despatch of customer parts orders, warranty claims and returns.

  • Excellent verbal and written communicational skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Must be able to work effectively in a team.
