The Job Role

You will be working in a department that will be responsible for providing an Outbound Customer Service role, for their vehicle and repair solutions to third parties following a car accident.

 

 

Job Description

  • Working 5 days from 7 days, only one weekend in 3 working
  • Choose to work either at home or office, however, must have at least one day in the office  
  • Making and receiving sales inbound/ sales outbound calls and talking to customers for the majority of the shift.
  • Working efficiently using our outbound contact strategy to ensure you are speaking to third-party customers. 
  • Use our bespoke menu of offers to find a solution that best meets the customers’ needs whilst being mindful of unnecessary costs.
  • Listening and good questioning to understand and assess the damage whilst capturing the information accurately.
  • Quickly and accurately through your sales development knowledge establish whether the vehicle is repairable or if it is going to be deemed a total loss (write off).
  • You will need to show empathy, as some customers may have sustained injuries during the car accident, you will need to identify these and refer customers to another department.

       Skillset

  • A proven track record in a similar role within the Insurance Industry
  • Negotiation, questioning, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to succeed in a sales development environment.
  • A track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivation and a drive to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and determined attitude to succeed
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
