PART TIME WORK - IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced customer service advisors within Leicestershire area.

James Grace Associates are currently recruiting for experienced customer service advisors to work for one of our clients based in Leicester city centre. After 4 weeks the trained customer service advisors will be working from home.

WORK FROM HOME AFTER 4 WEEKS

As a customer service advisor, you will be working in a fast paced environment.

Previous experience in customer service role is required

Please note you must be able to go through Credit check, criminal check and Fraud check prior to starting.

Your duties will include Inbound customer service advisor:

  • answering inbound calls
  • Listen and negotiate with your customers
  • provide quotes to customers
  • making changes in customer’s files

You will as an inbound customer service advisor:

  • Have previous Customer Service experience
  • Possess good computer skills
  • Be confident on the phone
  • Work to set targets

Hours:

  • Monday: 09:00 am – 17:30pm, Friday: 09:00 am – 17:30pm, Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 am – 13:00pm (23 hours)
  • Monday: 09:00 am – 15:00pm, Thursday: 11:00 am – 14:00pm, Friday 12:00pm – 18:00pm, Saturday & Sunday: 09:00am – 13:00pm (23 hours)
