We are currently on the hunt for an internal sales person to help boost sales and productivity with clients. You will be working alongside a dedicated sales team within the office, where you will be offered endless support and training. you will be set sales targets to hit on a daily or weekly basis. The company are precast concrete manufacturers and their sales department is growing with the influx of projects coming through. As this role is an internal sales role, we will be looking for candidates who have good negotiation skills, strong communication skills and are driven to be the best. 

Working hours:

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm. 

Internal sales responsibilities:

  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
  • Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer
  • Making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs
  • Developing relationships with potential clients
  • Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organisation
  • Offering demonstrations for products and services to potential buyer

 

We are looking at internal sales candidates who have an eager eye for negotiation, motivation and can confront any challenges put in front of them. With this internal sales role, you will be set weekly KPIs and targets to hit to push the business forward. If you have worked within a sales environment before this role will suit you greatly. 

 

Internal sales role duties:

  • Look for new opportunities with clients
  • Create leads from existing clients
  • Meet KPIs set by Office manager

 

Internal Sales benefits:

  • Starting salary of £18,000 to £22,000
