We are looking for a HSE advisor to take the reins and responsibilities of identifying key hazards, collaborating and liaising information, preparing health and safety files, identifying pre-construction information and undertaking health and safety inspections. You will be working within the construction industry based in Leicester for a well established engineering and surveying company who provide expert advice and works across the midlands. The HSE advisor will be rewarded with a healthy base salary up to £30,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays with plenty of other benefits too. 

 

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

 

HSE advisor responsibilities:

  • Provide HSE advice and assistance to clients to fulfil their CDM duties. 
  • Liaise with design teams to identify key hazards
  • Prepare F10 notifications
  • Liaise with construction teams to ensure that there is an ongoing exchange of HSE information
  • Preparing HSE files
  • Undertake site HSE inspections
  • Assess and prepare construction phase HSE plans 
  • Prepare method statements and risk assessments

 

We are desperate to speak to HSE advisors that have been working within the construction industry previously and have knowledge and understanding of the HSE regulations. We are also keen to speak to candidates that are looking to step up from HSE assistant positions into a more senior position to grow with the business. Ideally candidates will have NEBOSH construction certificates and a full drivers license.
