James Grace Associates is currently recruiting for an experienced Print Account Manager / customer service representative to join well-established team in the Coalville area. This is a fantastic role that offers additional perks ideal for someone with relevant experience who is wanting to develop their career as a Printing Account manager / customer service representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for account managing new and existing clients.

Your Job as a Print Account Manager will involve….

  • Building strong customer relationships with new and existing clients – no sales involved
  • Taking orders via both telephone and email
  • Create product specification
  • Inputting data onto Label Traxx System
  • Providing estimates
  • Raising job tickets
  • Communicating with production
  • Raising purchase orders with outside suppliers
  • Stock management on client products where required

As a Printing Account Manager, you will have…

  • Knowledge of Flexographic or Lithographic printers
  • Background in labels or packaging industry
  • Experience in Microsoft Package
  • Experience of a Printing Account Manager / customer service executive
  • Technical knowledge of the industry
  • Ability to handle complaints effectively

Skills required:

  • Problem solving
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Negotiation
  • Good customer service

Technical skills required:

  • Microsoft office experience required
  • Label traxx (preferred)
  • Knowledge on label production and label printing processes

Experience – 3-5 years within Customer service role in a print / label / packaging industry
