We are currently on the hunt for an excellent customer service executive to join a customer service team based in Bardon industrial estate, Coalville. You will be supporting the team with their day to day tasks and dealing with customers in the correct manner to give them the best service possible. This role will be based on the telephone, face to face and via email giving a variety of different ways to the customers. You will be working for a multi-billion pound company who like to invest and develop their staff, to help become the best they can be! 

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00am to 17:00pm

Friday: 08:00am to 16:30pm

 

Customer Service responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders on SAP 
  • Bookings for deliveries, completing paperwork and log adhering to correct processes.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails resolving enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Customer order reports - Using SAP and information received from stock control to compile report to keep customers informed of expected deliveries.
  • Investigate invoice queries
  • Provide support to the OEM sales team in new product set up. 
  • Supporting the warehouse with planning of deliveries
  • Analysis of customer stock reports - communicating to stakeholders of any at risk / out of stock products 
  • Occasional customer meetings / conference calls as required
