We are currently on the hunt for a service-professional customer experience associate to enhance the customer journey for an exciting start up who are improving peoples restaurant experiences through the use of an application. You will be joining a company that has a huge scope for development and lots of potential with the team that is already there. 

Customer experience associate responsibilities:

  • Actioning of customer and restaurant enquiries
  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
  • Complete digital menu updates to a high standard
  • Address customers complaints in a patient and compassionate manner
  • Identify customer questions, overall needs and concerns.
