James Grace Local is currently recruiting for a customer advisor for a company based in Leicestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with customer service background.
A successful candidate will be responsible for answering all customer queries, providing quotations and information to clients.
Previous experience is required for this role.

Job responsibilities:
- working in customer service or Inside sales team
- Generate Microsoft Excel reports
- Develop sales in the region for the electrical market sector
- Provide customer service
- Respond to emails and phone calls
Skills required:
- Candidate must be fluent speaking English and German
- SAP and CRM knowledge is preferable
- IT Skills required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Package (Excel mainly)
- Organised
- Good communication skills
