Due to an overwhelming increase in activity that has been complimented by a vast recruitment drive, we are now looking to bolster our management team with the appointments of two additional Team Leaders for our contact centre in Leicester City Centre.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious and looking to make an impact in their next role. Working within a high volume, omni channel contact centre, you will need to be highly organised and enjoy the fast pace of a busy call centre environment.
Duties within this role include;
- Managing a team in inbound customer service / retention agents
- Monitoring daily KPI activities
- Say to day absence management and team training
- Working with the senior management team to roll out company initiatives throughout your team
- Auditing work within your team to ensure the high expectations of compliance are met at all times
- Acting as an ambassador of the business at all times
- Dealing with calls that are escalated to a senior level
- Developing members of your team to aid them in achieving their own development goals

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience gained from a similar role, be available to start work soon and live within a commutable distance to Leicester.
